I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this season.
I’ve been a Licensed Professional Counselor and Psychologist (trained in Australia) for the past eight years, and I offer both individual and group supervision for emerging clinicians at various points along the licensure journey.
Supervision with me is a space of real connection, where curiosity is welcomed, emotion is welcome, and clinical skill is deepened in the context of relationship. We’ll navigate the practical steps of licensure while also tending to your development as a grounded, attuned, and authentic therapist.
Our time together may include case consultation, role plays, inner work around countertransference, identity exploration, and support through the personal edges that this work naturally evokes.
I offer a grounded and reflective space that integrates trauma-informed care, psychodynamic thinking, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and if you like, or a Christian/biblical lens.
My clinical lens is grounded in my experience and background in working from a psychodynamic and attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and experiential therapy framework. I work primarily within Emotion-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. I completed the AEDP immersion training, and continue to be shaped by AEDP’s focus on core affect, undoing aloneness, and transformational experience.
I also bring depth of experience in dyadic parent-child therapies including Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Circle of Security Parenting, and Tuned In Parenting. I have worked extensively with trauma, early relational wounds, and systemic family dynamics.
I value working from a developmental and systemic framework. I enjoy supporting clinicians in understanding client presentations not just diagnostically, but relationally and contextually.
"A good half of every treatment that probes at all, deeply consists in the doctor examining himself."

Working toward your Oregon LPC or LMFT?
As a clinical supervisor, I bring over 15 years of therapeutic experience across individual, dyadic, and systemic work in both Australia and the Pacific Northwest. My professional path is rooted in relational psychology, trauma-informed practice, and attachment-based approaches. I see supervision as a meaningful opportunity to support growth, self-awareness, and confident clinical judgment.
I bring a reflective and supportive presence to supervision. Whether you are wrestling with a complex case, ethical decision-making, or your own emotional responses to the work, I provide a space where you can feel safe to be curious, vulnerable, and authentic. My approach weaves together skill-building with inner development so you can not only do the work, but thrive in it.
I offer both structure and spaciousness. We can track outcomes, explore theoretical models, and develop interventions, while also honoring the internal journey of the therapist. I believe who you are as a clinician matters just as much as what you do.
Ideal Supervisees
I welcome therapists of all backgrounds, experience levels, and licensure stages. I am an approved supervisors for LPC associates and LMFT associates.
I especially resonate with and support clinicians who are:
Drawn to science of attachment and experiential approaches such as Emotion-Focused Therapy and AEDP
Rooted in exploring relational aspects of intrapsychic pain
Doing or wanting to do couples therapy, individual counseling with mood disorders or parent-child therapy
Interested in integrating their own internal growth with clinical development
I am also very comfortable working with counselors who want to bring their faith into supervision. Whether you’re navigating how to integrate theology into clinical work, make sense of client spiritual questions, or reflect on your own sense of calling, I offer a space where that exploration is welcome.
